Josie was born and raised in Manhattan and lives in Tribeca. She is passionate about sustainability, politics, and the idea of interconnectedness, which she thinks defines our society now more than ever. Josie is a member of the DOE Office of Sustainability Youth Council. She loves reading and the feeling of being emotionally involved with characters and stories. She is motivated to speak out on climate because of its weight on her: “I could be doing something, we all could be doing something.”
